Come and join us at the restaurant pop-up with Atelier Bar & Bistro - one of the most sought-after Brno restaurants - at Sonberk. The Advent menu by chef Pavel Kovář will be paired with Sonberk wine from Magnum size bottles (1.5 l) and surprises from our archive. Start at 18:00. Capacity is limited to 28 seats only. We accept bookings by e-mail.


Cold appetizer: Beetroot gazpacho, horseradish Crème Fraîche, hazelnut crumble 

+ Pálava 2019 VOC (dry)

Warm starter: Roasted pumpkin, bryndza bavaroise, puffed bulgur

+ cuvée Chardonnay & Pinot Gris 2016, barrique, Magnum

First main course: Gluoyon of candied chard, confit chicory, celery sabayon

+ Riesling 2018 VOC, Magnum

Second main course: Hungarian duck breast, blackberry cabbage, grilled duck, cider jus

+ Merlot 2015, barrique

Dessert: Nougat mousse, sea buckthorn jelly

+ Riesling 2014, selection of noble berries
