The view from the Sonberk terrace through the neat rows of the vineyard is as popular with our visitors as our wine. We owe the neat rows of the vineyard, its health, and the quality grapes to Roman. Since the beginning of the history of viticulture, he has supervised every vine and sometimes even tried new methods to make our grapes as good as possible in harmony with nature. Cellar master was raised in a wine family. A lover of dry wines and a proud member of the Union of Oenologists, which is trying to bring dry wines closer to people. A technological master that enjoys looking for the right balance of tastes and aromas in wines. In addition to the winemaker, he is also an avid beekeeper, a lover of irony, and T-shirts with funny inscriptions.
A wine connoisseur who will do everything to help you find exactly what you are looking for. You will most often meet him at tastings, various wine festivals, or meetings with restaurateurs, to whom he recommends wines that will match their menus the most.
