We opened the terrace. We will eat there more often this year

It´s a long time we were as busy on Sonberk as yesterday. People, bicycles, small children, lying in the
grass, clinking glasses, and goodies in hand from a group of chefs named Matyho chálka.
After the forced break, we used loosening of emergency measures to invite Brno famous pâté and
rillettes creators. It was the beginning of our new series of Saturday meetings with good food on the
terrace. We will continue with them in two weeks and then again. You can note into your diaries two
important Saturdays: May 30th and June 13th.
In two weeks, we will meet the chefs from the Hustopeče wellness hotel Amande, who will bring us
almost summer meals, coffee, and desserts, as well as mixed drinks made from our wine and juice.
"This weekend, we reminded ourselves again that the winery cannot exist without people. In the
following weeks, we will show how great the combination of wine with food can be. Although we still
have limited opportunities to invite visitors, we do not want to give up opening the winery for
people" says Dáša Fialová, who organizes all meetings with restaurants and chefs.
