The opening of the season is coming. How will it be?

The almond trees started to bloom a few days ago, so we are looking for spring, and we are planning what you can enjoy with us in the winery. After the Creative Winter, we are preparing the Wine Spring, weekend brunches, and the new vintage of our summer festival. So prepare your diaries.

The season 2020 will start on Saturday, March 21st. On this day we will be open regularly on both weekend days. On the first Saturday, we are going to ser excellent food and famous pâtés made by Matyho Chálka. You can also count on tours of the winery, which our wine manager Roman Slouk will perform from 12 AM and 2 PM.

One week later we will join the Hustopeče Almond Festival, and we will be in two places. Together with the group of winemakers from Hustopeče, we will have a tent right in the centre of an event in Hustopeče. But we will also be open at home at Sonberk.

You can also come to greet us on Easter when we think on children's fun - for them, we hide chocolate eggs around the vineyard and for their parents some bottle because every age deserves its own. Besides this, we prepare something new. You can look forward to the Wine Spring, two evenings in April and May, which will allow all visitors the opportunity to experience wine and its diversity a little more. The Riesling Night is going to happen on April 30th we'll tell you what will be waiting for you that evening.
