In the words of our sommelier "a very successful and beautifully drinkable cuvée", which unites 60% percent Pinot Gris and 40% Chardonnay. It smells of yellow mirabelle and white peach. You can also find the fruit in a taste that just won't go away. It also shows spiciness and a fine mineral finish.
