Semi-dry botrytis Riesling is made up of grapes from four harvests, of which 40% are botrytis affected. You will have a great drink today, but as it gets older, the taste will continue to develop. Wine with a strong acidity, which is balanced by higher residual sugar and unadulterated Riesling and apricotiness complemented by a manifestation of botrytis.
