We will say goodbye to summer at brunch

We have never experienced such a busy summer in Sonberk as this year: We had five concerts as part of the Music in the Vineyards series, where up to five hundred people always came to us for each evening, another performance as part of the Sonberk' s cultural summer, also visits of food trucks. And a few couples who have made the most beautiful day of their lives with us and said that they want to be together forever. Because this season was exceptional for us, we want to say goodbye to it properly. Therefore, you do not have to prepare lunch on Saturday, September 5, and you can come to us and enjoy our brunch in Sonberk. Iw will be prepared by Honza Hajfler, serving goodies under the nickname Kafe a slanina (Coffee and Bacon).

And what can you expect? For lovers of meat and classics, Steak & Egg is prepared, i.e. beef belly steak with a sous-vide egg. If you prefer more exoticism, you can choose bread with muhammara, which is a spread of roasted peppers, walnuts and tahini, as well as hummus and eggplant salad. Of course, we can't promise the weather in advance, but such a brunch on a blanket with a view of the ripening grapes of the Sonberk's vineyard sounds like one of the best options for spending the last holiday Sunday. We start unfolding the blankets at precisely 11.
