Riesling created from the last grape harvest from 2013. The wine was created naturally, by unregulated fermentation in 500-liter barrels by spontaneous degradation of malic acid and then lay for more than thirty months on yeast with minimal addition of sulfur. We bottled it from the barrels only by gravity without the use of a pump. We did not clarify or filter it in any way.
