The straw yellow color with golden highlights. The aroma is pleasant, full of dried apricots and candied fruit. A hint of kerosene underlined by a soft tone of noble wood indicates a complex and mature wine. The taste is smooth, robust, and long. It will enchant you with its wonderful honey with a subset of kerosene with live acid, fine wood, and dried raisins at the end. This Riesling will be an excellent companion in gastronomy, especially suitable for fatty fish or confit bacon.
