We picked the grapes by hand into small boxes early in the morning in the cold to preserve the best possible aroma. The must has been pasteurized during bottling so that it does not ferment in the bottles and stays fresh for a long time. The must is non-filtered and it is not chemically stabilized. Bottled within 24 hours of collection, without the addition of sulfur dioxide. The winemaker recommends mixing before opening the bottle.

According to the Act on the Registration of Sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest.
