Cuvée uniting the French varieties Sémillon and Sauvignon following the example of wines from the Bordeaux region. The coupage consisting of 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon ages in a barrel and gives an elegant wine with a noble aroma. The taste is partly fruity with tones of cream, wood, and milk chocolate. The ideal partner for a wide range of uses in gastronomy.
