"My profession is not something one decides to do, but something one is born to do," says Lucie Bílá - a singer, actress and producer who has become famous in the Czech Republic as a pop and musical star.
She has been on the music scene since 1986, first in rock bands, then in musical projects such as Les Misérables, The Garden of Eden, Dracula, The Pied Piper, Joan of Arc, Excalibur, Love is Love, Elixir of Life, Nemcová, Carmen, Aida, Addams Family and Sister in Action. She has performed in prestigious classical music projects, recorded 14 solo albums, contributed to more than 10 other CDs and sold more than 2 million records. She has portrayed roles in 9 feature films. She is a multiple winner of the Czech Nightingale Award and the Thalia Award. She is actively involved in charity.
