Pálava 2018 VOC - Pálava, unique grape variety of Moravia region, in our case very dry and intensive. Lighter yellow-green color with straw-like reflections and higher viscosity. The aroma is intense and for the variety typical of rose, rosehip tea, lily or dried orange peel. In taste, the wine is elegant, medium-sized and harmonious, with tones of ripe orange and grapefruit, which accompany the undertones of dried pineapple and mango. Longer, lighter conclusion.

Grape juice - the first Sonberk grape juice from Sauvignon.

Apricot Jam - homemade BIO jam from Sonberk´s apricots. Produced without additives and conservators, sweetened with cane sugar only. Goes well with crépes and as a chutney with Eidamer-style cheese.
