Riesling 2017, Noble Rot - glamorous Riesling, made from 40% botrytized grapes, semidry, drinkable now with great potential in the next 10 years. Extractive Riesling from a great vintage. Significant acid is balanced by higher residual sugar, typical apricot for Riesling, supplemented with botrytis, accompanied by petroleum tones in the future.

Apricot brandy - original fruit brandy, from Sonberk apricots, made by the traditional Moravian procedure. Our apricot orchard in the organic regime. The spirit has 42% of alcohol. 

Flower Honey - original flower bee honey. From Sonberk´s bio orchard´s beehives.
