Cuvée combining the grape varieties Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
This cuvée of 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc makes an elegant and decent wine with a delicate aroma, underlined by aging in a older oak barrels. The taste is nicely fruity with tones of cream, wood and milk chocolate. An ideal wine for gastronomy.

So I asked the day when this wine stood before me, too. Sonberk. Sémillon hand in hand with Sauvignon. Year 2015. Back then I was 49 ... Wonderfully beautiful wine, condemned to success, meeting the requirements of the master - that is: the unbearable lightness of drinking ..."
