A very rich wine with a great potential.
Last harvest of the year 2012, fermentation and two-year maturing on all yeast in a new 500 liter french oak barrel. The wine was neither trained nor filtered. After 2 years, it was moved from yeast into stainless steel, then bottled without filtration.
