Riesling 2017 VOC

A great Sonberian Riesling with everything that goes with it. Our flagship dry wine is characterised by its acidity and nowadays also its ripeness. The wine has a rich straw yellow colour with golden highlights. On the nose, you will discover wonderfully fruity notes, with ripe peaches and dried pineapple predominating, with a little lime blossom. The palate first evokes apricots before adding structural acidity, a fine minerality and a long juicy aftertaste.

A limited edition semi-sweet Riesling from a single harvest. Look forward to a carat gold colour with straw edges, an intense aroma full of dried fruit, juicy ripe apricots, honey and flowers. Thanks to the high proportion of botrytis grapes, the flavour is powerful with a distinctive honeyed touch, spiciness and a hint of sweet exotic fruit. The wine has a higher residual sugar but a distinct and tangy acidity. This combination promises beautiful ageing, and the best is yet to come for this Riesling.

Riesling Mitrbek 2022

The first Riesling from the beautiful Mitrberk vineyard in the Great Sonberk series. It has a sparkling golden colour, the nose is refreshing, spicy, and citrusy with hints of acacia honey, white peach and lime blossom. It is reminiscent of a fruity flavour with a strong accent of compote apricot. Expect the finish to be balanced and long, the nice residual sugar corresponds beautifully with the zesty acidity and gives this wine great future ageing potential.

A big Riesling, dry, mineral with great ageing potential. Its golden yellow colour with a light yellow rim is enticing. On the nose, you will detect notes of fresh apricot, lime blossom and orange peel. In the mouth, the flavour is lively and delicate, with a touch of apricot pie with cheesecake crumble, lime zest and a hint of honey. The finish is juicy, elegant and lingering.

Riesling 2022 VOC Riesling 2022 VOC Alluring golden yellow color with pale yellow rim. The aroma is fresh, with notes of fresh apricot, linden blossom and orange peel. The taste is lively, delicate with a touch of apricot cake with cottage cheese crumble, lime zest and a hint of honey. The finish is juicy, elegant and long-lasting.

Sauvignon Ultima 2023 The color is slightly yellowish with green reflections, the aroma is intoxicating with notes of elderflowers, the taste is unique, full of minerality from the roots of 40-year-old vines, reminiscent of fruity tones of pear and lingonberry.

Chardonnay NFT 2023 The second series of NFT - each bottle bears a unique number, but the meaning of the abbreviation does not end there. It is Chardonnay NerezFermenTed, when we let the popular variety ferment in stainless steel tanks. This time, a hare jumped onto our label, which is otherwise happily running around the vineyards.

Great Tramín 2022 Great Tramín from the exceptional vineyard Mitrberk. The colours are yellow with golden highlights, sweet aromas of exotic spices, ginger and tea rose complemented by notes of meadow honey. The taste is pleasantly spicy with a touch of dried raisins, honey and sugar melon. An elegant wine with a long finish, decent acidity and high viscosity. A great partner for oriental cuisine.

Merlot 2021 Intense garnet color with crimson edges, pleasantly fruity aroma full of black berry fruit in the form of blueberries and blackberries, dark chocolate and eucalyptus. The taste is robust, pleasantly tannic, with a touch of cappuccino, milk chocolate and noble wood. Over time, fruitiness opens up in the form of blackcurrants, blackberries and blueberries. The finish of the wine is rich, structured and endlessly long. We recommend always decanting. A wine with great aging potential will adorn your archive.

The aroma is wonderfully fruity, with a predominance of ripe peaches and dried pineapple with hints of linden blossom. The taste first evokes apricots and then structural acid, fine minerality, and a long juicy aftertaste are added.

Distilled spirit from unsweetened grape skins of the aromatic variety Pálava. We harvested the Pálava grapes by hand, pressed them into wine, and then gently processed their peels carefully processed to this high-quality spirit.
